If you thought the G650 was top of the line, wait until you meet the newest addition to the Gulfstream fleet, the G650ER. Having the capability to travel up to 7,500 nautical miles, the new jet takes the prize for world’s longest-range business jet. An impressive 500 nautical miles farther than the G650, which entered service in 2012. The G650ER presents significant new nonstop city pairings including Hong Kong to New Jersey and Dallas to Sydney. The new business jet still provides the same luxuries as the original G650 (cabin size, avionics, and other systems). The biggest difference being the larger size fuel tank, allowing for an additional 4,000 pounds of jet-A.
Gulfstream has delivered more than 60 Gulfstream G650 into the marketplace. Gulfstream is allowing G650 owners to upgrade their original jet to a G650ER beginning in 2015.
