Led by Suzy Coleman, our Flight Support Team is strictly made up of professional pilots that are all full time aviation professionals. We believe that our customer’s best interests in safety and a seamless experience starts with experienced pilots managing the flights behind the scenes. We also believe that it is far more realistic to train pilots on great customer service, rather than training customer service people to be pilots!

Magellan Jets Flight Support Team is staffed in the office 7 days a week and available 24/7 for any questions, changes, or requests clients may have. Prior to all of our flights, Suzy Coleman and her team stays busy performing background checks on the assigned flight crew, monitor weather systems, ATC delays, aircraft performance constraints etc. to proactively make clients aware of any possible deviations, and provide solutions.
Customers never just a number or a booked flight. They are a relationship, a voice, and part of a movement in private aviation that believes in a Person to Person business model; not Business-to-Business or Business-to -Customer.
