key responsibilities

  • Consult and close deals that fit the client needs
  • Build and maintain relationships on a deep level, past the transaction with clients
  • Participate in daily and weekly team calls, as well as quarterly in-person meetings and training sessions.
  • Benefit from exclusive access to cutting-edge tools such as Trip-Builder Pro and Magellan Jets Mobile for your clients.
  • Receive unparalleled support from our industry-leading Flight Support and Logistics team and seasoned aircraft sourcing specialists
  • Engage in participation in one or more of the following industry groups: AOPA, NATA, NBAA, ACSF.
  • Be recognized as a key player within one of the most prestigious and forward-thinking brands in aviation.
  • Access unrivaled training and ongoing education to achieve Certified Aviation Advisor status

QUlifications 

  • Undergraduate degree in Aviation Sciences, Aviation Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Pre-Law, or Economics.
  • Technology skills: Adaptability to standard as well as innovative systems is a must.
  • Have had participation in one or more of the following industry groups: AOPA, NATA, NBAA, ACSF

  • Negotiations – the ability to empathize and solve problems is essential.
  • Research – the ability to collect information and present results in a manner most useful to the client.

Magellan Jets (the Air Charter Broker) acting as an “Authorized Agent” for the Program Member (Charterer) shall; maintain non-owned aircraft liability insurance, and personal injury coverage, contract for transportation services with only FAR Part 135 or 121 Direct Air Carriers or their foreign Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) equivalent that operate and exercise full operational control over those flights at all times. Magellan Jets does not own or operate aircraft nor is a direct or indirect carrier. Flights will be sourced through a proprietary Magellan Jets Preferred Network of Direct Air Carriers that meet all FAA or CAA safety standards and additional safety standards established by Magellan Jets.Magellan Jets does provide access to aircraft management services which are provided by FAR Part 135 and 91 Direct Carriers or their foreign Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) equivalent that manage the full or partial operation of the aircraft on behalf of the Owner (Aircraft owner) and exercise full operational control of all flights at all times.
