Magellan Jets Named to BBJ’s 2014 Pacesetters List of the Fastest Growing Private Companies in Massachusetts
Leading East Coast Private Jet Broker Increased Sales in 2013, Moved into a New Office and Continues to Expand Globally into 2014
BOSTON, MA – April 29, 2014 – Magellan Jets, leader in private aviation, has been named to the Boston Business Journal’s 2014 Pacesetters list of the fastest growing private companies in Massachusetts. The prestigious list honors companies that recorded the state’s fastest revenue growth from 2010 to 2013. Boston Business Journal reported that this year had a record number of submissions – only 70 of which were chosen to appear on the list.
Magellan Jets increased their sales by 22% in 2013 and continues to expand their global presence in 2014 to meet their members’ increasing needs. Magellan Jets also moved offices earlier this year, into Campanelli’s Heritage Landing, which is the ‘fastest growing’ building South of Boston, with three building tenants named to BBJ’s 2014 Pacesetters List: Magellan Jets, G-Force Shipping and PharmaLogics Recruiting.Since purchasing Heritage Landing in June 2013, Campanelli has signed almost 40,000 square feet of new leases at the building. According to Cushman & Wakefield, one-third of all leases signed in the city of Quincy since June 2013 have been at Heritage Landing – an impressive feat in a 128 South submarket that is over 22% vacant.

Heritage Landing is a Class A office complex consisting of two buildings totaling 358,000 square feet. The buildings are located directly off Interstate 93 and Route 3A and within walking distance of the MBTA Red Line’s North Quincy Station. Campanelli has implemented a multi-million dollar renovation plan to Heritage II that includes new sleek entrances, a full-service caf© featuring downtown eatery Sebastians, a high-end fitness facility and a modern conference center. Renovations will be complete in May.
