This exciting new role within Magellan Jets is responsible for managing all public relations, media communications, and social media content for a rapidly growing private aviation company.  As the key storyteller for Magellan Jets, the Manager of Public Relations and Social Media will also be responsible for ensuring brand consistency for all copy and content across all customer and industry facing channels.

This exciting role within Magellan Jets will work hand in hand with the Chief Commercial Officer and VP of Marketing to redefine the use and management of sales, marketing, and competitive data to support the strategic expansion of the Magellan sales team and an increase top line revenue of 300% over the next 3 years.  The role will work across multiple functions including sales, marketing, technology, and have a high degree of exposure to the executive leadership team.

This role will be instrumental in shaping and amplifying the brand awareness, positioning, identity and assets – ensuring brand consistency for all storytelling, copy and content across all customer and industry facing channels. This role requires a strong brand marketing manager with a deep understanding of luxury branding and a passion for aviation, and the ability to develop and implement a range of innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and differentiation for Magellan Jets.

The primary function of the Sr. Manager, Demand Generation is to identify and drive new, high-quality customer lead volume and increased revenue for Magellan Jets.  The role requires a deep understanding of customer behavior, growth development (diversifying beyond paid channels), data analysis, martech & sales enablement operations, use of data in marketing programs, and business strategy development.  It is expected that this role would increase the use of AI through the demand generation process to drive greater efficiency and results (prospecting, messaging, work flows, optimization).  Additionally, the design and implementation of customer scoring models and measuring lead quality metrics are critical to the success of the position. 

Magellan Jets is seeking a dynamic and talented Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a critical role in optimizing and enhancing our Sales Cloud platform to streamline business processes and deliver a superior experience to our clients and internal teams. The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer and be certified in Salesforce development.

The Aircraft Sales Manager role is responsible for prospecting and closing new business. You must be dynamic, goal oriented, and a self-sourcing expert. You must demonstrate the ability to understand client needs and provide solutions through Magellan Jets’ Preferred Network of products.

The Aircraft Scheduling Specialist’s primary function is to procure aircraft for Magellan Jets’ clients by communicating with plane operators to receive quotes, negotiate prices, ensure compliance with Magellan’s safety standards, and selecting the best aircraft for the client mission. 

We are looking for an ambitious Flight Support Trip Manager who will be responsible for not only executing the day to day flight operations on behalf of Magellan Jets’ clients but also delivery exceptional service and care to a client’s personal preferences and details.
