Magellan Jets and TerraNova Equestrian Center outside Sarasota, Fla., have expanded their partnership whereby the private aviation company will increase its involvement in hunter-jumper, dressage and eventing competitions at the venue.
Similar to this year’s “Official Private Aviation Provider” participation, Magellan Jets in 2026 will create unique, elegant, front-row experiences at TerraNova for its Private Clients who are horse owners, riders, equestrian enthusiasts or simply curious about the sport.
One of the new additions to the partnership is the company assuming title to the mid-season $100,000 Magellan Jets Grand Prix CSI, March 11-15, at TerraNova as part of a 13 spring, fall and winter competition series. Magellan Jets will also bolster its support of elevated cuisine and family-fun sideline events augmenting contestants with Olympics credentials vying for the winner’s circle. Signage, awards presentations and other branding will be displayed year-round.
“TerraNova’s commitment to elite equestrian competition across disciplines is unwavering,” said Matt Harris, Chief Operating Officer of Magellan Jets. “We’re proud to bring our Private Clients closer to the sport while elevating their experience with the exceptional service and hospitality that define Magellan Jets.”
Magellan Jets regularly flies professional and recreational horse lovers on luxe aircraft to and from premier equestrian destinations globally, making the partnership with TerraNova a natural extension of the company’s participation in the $177 billion annual industry.
“The feedback about Magellan Jets from our patrons and riders is unanimously and overwhelmingly positive,” said Zach Ketelboeter, Co-Chief Operating Officer of TerraNova. “We can count on Magellan Jets getting them to and from competitions safely, on time and in a wonderful mood before they take off, while in the air and upon arrival.”
Earlier this year, Magellan Jets was a private aviation partner of the prestigious 2025 Kentucky International CSI5* presented by Hagyard Equine Medical Institute in the Rolex Stadium at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, Kentucky. The company also partakes in smaller equestrian events, typifying its support for local and regional communities.
Adding to Magellan Jets’ market commitment, its partnership with longtime equestrian executive Michale “Mike” Belisle as Brand Ambassador includes his development of content exclusively for Magellan Jets’ Private Clients.
