This acquisition will not only streamline the private Jet Card and charter flight quoting process, but also enhance trip planning and Magellan Jets' commitment to redefining the private aviation experience.
Earlier this year, Magellan Jets hired two of the private aviation industry's most innovative leaders. Terrence Truta, the visionary behind the technological successes of Wheels Up and Marquis Jets, will serve as Magellan’s CTO. Matthew Harris joins Magellan Jets as its Executive Vice President. Harris previously served as Executive Vice President of NetJets, where he led owner and employee service delivery for 14 years to more than 5,000 corporate and high net-worth customers and private jet owners. He also held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Milestone Aviation Group, the world’s largest civilian helicopter fleet and leasing business. The combination of the Stellar Labs platform and the recent strategic leadership additions uniquely positions Magellan Jets to define a new chapter in luxury private aviation service powered by best-in-class technology.

Magellan Jets jet card ownership, jet membership, on-demand charter, aircraft sales and management are programs of Magellan Jets, LLC (Magellan Jets®). Magellan Jets (the Air Charter Broker) acting as an “Authorized Agent” for the Program Member (Charterer) shall; maintain non-owned aircraft liability insurance, and personal injury coverage, contract for transportation services with only FAR Part 135 or 121 Direct Air Carriers or their foreign Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) equivalent that operate and exercise full operational control over those flights at all times. Magellan Jets does not own or operate aircraft nor is a direct or indirect carrier. Flights will be sourced through a proprietary Magellan Jets Preferred Network of Direct Air Carriers that meet all FAA or CAA safety standards and additional safety standards established by Magellan Jets.Magellan Jets does provide access to aircraft management services which are provided by FAR Part 135 and 91 Direct Carriers or their foreign Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) equivalent that manage the full or partial operation of the aircraft on behalf of the Owner (Aircraft owner) and exercise full operational control of all flights at all times.
