– 2+ Years working with Apple machines | Networks | Office 365
– Experience utilizing phone first support
– Experience utilizing and online support ticket based system
– Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus
POSITION OVERVIEW*
Reporting to the Director of Technology, you play a vital role in the organizational growth. The perfect candidate thrives in a fast paced environment, works independently, and loves the challenge of assessing incidents and applying solutions that provide superior technical support to our team. As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with engineers acting as a first point of contact for IT support needs. This includes user management, mobile device provisioning and assistance, workstation imaging and maintenance, and user and troubleshooting and triage for network, operating system, and general computer use issues. This position is available immediately with the opportunity for future growth.

- Manage the Help Desk Ticket System
- Act as first point of contact for internal users experiencing issues with systems and hardware
- Assist employees with technical support for networking, operating system, and mobile devices
- Assist with IT Onboarding for new team members
- Identify and escalate emerging trends and issues
- Gather the appropriate technical information for end user troubleshooting for bug fixes
- Learn and build supporting documentation for our Applications
- Provide online documentation tutorials and technical articles to minimize support needs
- Proactively engage on continuous improvement efforts
- Other general tasks and projects tha may be assigned as needed
Skills
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
- A desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based environment.
- Ability to provide friendly serviece under pressure for internal and external clients
- 1+ years of experience administrating Apple OS and MDM
- 2+ years of experience using and maintaining Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with networking is a plus
- Experience with telephony/UC systems is a plus
- Experience ITIL processes is a plus
- Certifications (MSCA, A+, ITIL, etc.) a plus
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without limitation
