About Jesse Rodriguez
A two-time James Beard Semifinalist, Jesse Rodriguez has spent his career at the pinnacle of fine dining and luxury hospitality. As former Head Sommelier of The French Laundry—one of the most celebrated restaurants in the world—he was part of the team that achieved the restaurant’s first-ever Michelin three-star rating.
Rodriguez’s journey continued at Addison at The Grand Del Mar in San Diego, another Michelin-starred gem, and later as Head of Beverage for Montage Hotels & Resorts, where he refined the art of pairing world-class wines with unforgettable experiences.
