Prior to joining Magellan, Matthew was co-founder and Executive Vice President at Milestone Aviation. There, he oversaw Technical Operations and Leasing Operations, was responsible for asset management & allocation, lease pricing, helicopter acquisitions & dispositions, value-added programs, and OEM relationships for the leading helicopter lessor with $4+ billion in mission-critical helicopters.

Additionally, he previously led owner and employee services at NetJets as an executive vice president. For 13 years, he was responsible for service delivery to more than 5,000 corporate and high net worth customers, focusing on customer experience, ownership retention, and relationship management.
