Remember to make sure your pet is up-to-date on all vaccinations and has a checkup from your veterinarian including a general physical examination to check for any signs of illness. We recommend going for a checkup no more than 10 days prior to your trip.
Limit food and water in the two to three hours before departure to help your pet stay comfortable in the air. A light meal earlier in the day keeps energy up without the risk of motion sickness. If your pet has specific dietary needs, let your advisor know; the Client Experience team can arrange tailored provisions onboard.
Inform your Private Aviation Advisor that your pet will be joining you as soon as you confirm your flight. This gives the team time to prepare the cabin with your pet’s comfort in mind, arrange ground transportation, and coordinate any arrival accommodations your companion may need.
