Magellan Jets President Anthony Tivnan says that the best way to recession-proof your flight department is to prepare for both economic growth and a recession. Lessons learned in the last economic downturn are helping industry decision makers to see the continued value of using business aviation. During the last recession, “the more that I flew, the more that our business revenue increased, and it turned out to be the absolute best strategy,” said Brad Pierce, president, Restaurant Equipment World. Business aviation “was an investment and it turned out to be phenomenal for us.”
In this NBAA Flight Plan podcast, host Pete Combs spoke with Michael Dyment, NEXA Capital Partners, founder, managing partner; Brad Pierce, Restaurant Equipment World; as well as Magellan Jets’ own Anthony Tivnan.
