Re-entering the united states
Once it’s time to come back into the country from your international destination, you’ll need to take a viral COVID-19 test and provide negative results. This must be done within three days prior to boarding your flight back to the U.S., and our Flight Support department can provide a list of testing locations upon request. Those returning to the United States are also required to fill out a passenger attestation form.
In addition, each returning passenger will be asked to complete our Magellan Health Declaration Form, part of our 5 x 5 PureSky Safety Standard. This can be completed easily through our app, which you can download here.
All travelers returning from an international location are required to follow CDC recommendations to get a COVID test 3-5 days after travel, and to stay home or otherwise self-quarantine for seven days after travel.
